If you use the HR Plus feature, you can use the Document Vault to view company-related documents, employee records, HR templates, and other important documents and links that are uploaded and managed in the web application.

Your security role determines which documents and links you can access.

Important: To view a document, you must have a compatible app on your device.

  1. On the Welcome screen, select Document Vault icon Doc Vault.
  2. To search for a document or link, type a word or phrase in the search field. Any files that match your search text are displayed.

    If you know where to find the document or link, select the folders to drill down to it.

  3. Select the document or link to save it, and then open it.

You can also access employee-related documents on the Employee Profile screen.

  1. On the Welcome screen, select Employees icon Employees.
  2. Select an employee.
  3. Select Related Documents.
  4. To search for a document or link, type a word or phrase in the search field. Any files that match your search text are displayed.

    If you know where to find the document or link, select the folders to drill down to it.

  5. Select the document or link to save it, and then open it.

For security purposes, you can't upload documents or links from your mobile device. You can print documents only on a compatible printer on the same WIFI network.
