Have trouble logging in?

Hint: Your password is case-sensitive. Passwords are a minimum of eight characters and contain at least one alpha and one numeric character.

Your User ID is in the following format: First initial and last name + @ +your company's Client ID. For example, JDoe@GenCo

Certificate Users - If you get one of the following errors after attempting to log in, you may be using an old or expired certificate: "Page cannot be found", "The page requires a valid client certificate", "Client certificate untrusted or invalid". To check the date on your certificate do the following.

 

  1. In Internet Explorer, click Tools-> Internet Options.

  2. On the Content tab, click Certificates.

  3. On the Personal tab, check the expiration date of the certificate you used to log in.

  4. If there is another certificate listed that has a more current date and was issued by ADP Certificate Manager, try logging in again using that certificate. If you still can't log in, or if your certificate is expired, contact your administrator for assistance.

Still can't log in?

If you are using the correct User ID and password, but still cannot log in, or if you forgot your User ID or password, contact your company's Security Master for assistance.
