Welcome to the latest release of ADP Security Management Service! This release will become available to your organization during Summer 2015.
If your ADP service supports mobile access, the Mobile Touch ID Login option will be enabled (turned on) for your organization. When enabled, your employees can log on to their ADP service using their Apple® Touch ID™ from a supported mobile device. On the Setup > Profile > Settings page, administrators can manage (enable/disable) the touch ID login for mobile-enabled ADP services your organization has purchased.
See your Organization's Mobile Touch ID Setting!
For security reasons, administrator accounts will be locked out after repeated unsuccessful login attempts. To prevent account lockouts, your administrators can use "Forgot your password" and "Forgot your user ID" when needed, to retrieve their forgotten user ID and to reset their account password.
For security reasons, employees who change their password from the "Forgot your password" link will now receive a confirmation email.
Your organization can include the name, phone number, email address, URL etc., of the person or group that your users can contact for support. This information will be included in the error messages that display to users unable to complete their tasks. It will also be included in the email messages sent to your users. Contact your ADP representative to have this option established for your organization. Your administrators can view the custom support messages set up for your organization on the Setup > Profile page.
Note: This is optional. If a custom support message is not selected, your users will see the message to contact your organization's administrator for assistance.
ADP's Security Management Service offers online help to your employees and administrators. On the page you are looking for user assistance, click on the icon. On the Help window, you can view the list of tasks that you can perform, the steps to complete the tasks, reference information, and answers to frequently asked questions. Administrators can access the online help on most pages and use it to perform the tasks to support your organization and your employees.
On the Home page, access the Resources section to view the supporting documents available for this release.
Go to ADP's Security Management Service login page and click on the Requirements link to view the supported browsers and operating systems.
ADP has observed a rise in the number of phishing emails that try to get users to provide account information to fraudsters or to click on links that will download malicious code. Please note these emails do not originate from ADP and are dangerous. As part of our commitment to protecting your data and to providing you with secure services, we maintain a Trust Center on ADP.com. Here you’ll find up-to-date security alerts and examples of some of these recent fraudulent emails. You will also see information on how to report abuse.
